An online pawn shop? Why not! Lightbank tasked ÄKTA to figure out how to best take a three thousand year old business model online. We started by renaming the company 'Pawngo', and then embarked on an intense User Experience phase that uncovered the complex needs and behaviors of Pawngo's users, guiding us to create an uniquely tailored experience. Lo and behold the new Pawngo was born and has been loaning millions of dollars since launch, becoming one of Lightbank's most fruitful companies.
